Each city has its own history, legends, mysteries and secrets. To know all about them is very difficult for one day. That's why we offer you special two-days tour to Samarkand. If you don't like to hurry and want to learn about Samarkand as much as possible, this tour is for you! The second day we leave free, when you can walk around the city by yourself, have an opportunity to feel its life, unusual atmosphere and enjoy medieval architecture once again.

Day 1
Tashkent – Samarkand



Tashkent. Central train station.  
08:00 Start to Samarkand by train «Afrosiab».
10:10 Arrival in Samarkand.

You will be met and transferred to hotel by our guide, check-in. Start sightseeing tour in Samarkand with a visit to the famous Registan Square – heart of Samarkand and real masterpiece of Central Asian medieval architecture, consists of three grandiose buildings: Ulughbek Madrasah, Madrasah Sherdor and Madrasah Tilla Kori.

A visit to Gur Emir Mausoleum (Timurids tomb), Bibi Khanim Mosque – the biggest medieval building in the city, Shahi Zinda Necropolis – unique complex of Mausoleums and Ulugbek’s Observatory – one of the most important astronomical centers.
Samarkand local bazaar - Siyab.     

Free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2
Samarkand - Tashkent

Breakfast.  
All day free time in Samarkand; Check out from hotel: 12:00


16:00 Transfer from hotel lobby to train station by our car.  
17:00 Departure from Samarkand by train «Afrosiab».
19:10 Arrival in Tashkent. The end of the tour.

- Train tickets Tashkent - Samarkand - Tashkent, economy class seats;
       (extra pay $20 for a person for first class) 
- Comfortable a/c transportation for transfers and excursion time in Samarkand;

- All entrance fees to the monuments and museums as specified in the program;
- Twin room accommodation at the hotel with breakfast; 

Tour Price does not include:

- Fees for the use of photo and video cameras at the monuments;
