Day 1

Tashkent

Arrival in Tashkent Airport. Meet by Anur Tours staff and transfer to the hotel. Check-in. Free time

Day 2

Tashkent

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

Sightseeing tour of Tashkent begins with visiting the old part of the city: Architectural complex Khast Imam (Mausoleum of imam Kaffal al-Shashi, Barak-khan Madrassah, Tellya Sheikh Madrassah, Mui-Mubarak Madrassah, Juma Mosque, Imam Ismail al-Bukhari Islamic Institute), Hadra square, Kukeldash Medressa, bazaar Chorsu.

Continue excursion around the European part of the city: Amir Timur Square, Theatre Square, Independence Square Monument of Courage, Tashkent TV Tower and Memorial to the Victims of Repression.

P.M. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3

Tashkent - Samarkand

Early breakfast.

07:15 Transfer to the railway station.

08:00 Start to Samarkand by high-speed train «Afrosiab».

10:10 Arrival in Samarkand. You will be met by our staff. Transfer to the hotel. Check-in.

Start sightseeing in Samarkand with a visit to the famous Registan Square – the heart of Samarkand and real masterpiece of Central Asian medieval architecture, consists of three grandiose buildings: Ulughbek Madrassa, Madrassa Sherdor and Madrassa Tilla Kori. Visit Gur Emir Mausoleum – a burial vault of Timurids dynasty; Bibi Khanim Mosque – the biggest medieval building in the city;

Shahi Zinda Necropolis – unique complex of Mausoleums; Ulugbek’s Observatory – one of the most important astronomical centers; Samarkand local bazaar - Siyab.

Day 4

Samarkand - Bukhara

Breakfast in the hotel. Free time.

11:30 Transfer to the railway station.

12:15 Depart from Samarkand to Bukhara by train "Sharq".

15:20 Arrival in Bukhara.

Meeting at the railway station and transfer to hotel. Check in. Free time.

Day 5

Bukhara

Breakfast in the hotel.

09:00 Meet with our guide and start walking city tour along the old part of Bukhara (about 8 hours) including visits to the Mausoleum of Samanids, Bolo Hauz Mosque and the Ark Fortress – the oldest citadel dating back to the I century BC.

Poi Kalon Square with Kalon Minaret and Mosque, Mir Arab Madrassah. There are three trading domes or so called covered bazaars preserved from the XVI century and these bazaars were the centers for trade of silk, jewelry and even for money exchange. Today as well, one can enjoy and purchase different souvenirs of a wide range, from small souvenir magnets to the famous Bukhara carpets.

Ulughbek and Abdulazizkhan Madrassas, Abdullakhan’s Tim and a visit to the Caravanserai Sayfuddin which is the Center of Handicraft Development of Bukhara. Magoki Attari Mosque.

Lyabi Hauz is the center of old Bukhara and it is an architectural complex of the XVII century that includes Nadir Divanbegi Madrassa and Khanaqa, Kukeldash Madrassa and the monument of the famous historical comedian figure Khodja Nasreddin is also based in this square.

Day 6

Bukhara - Mary - Ashgabat

Breakfast in the hotel.

Transfer to Uzbek - Turkmen Boarder pass "OLOT-FARAB". Border formalities on both sides, meeting with representative of Turkmenistan travel company. Transfer to Mary.

En route visit to the Ancient Merv (UNESCO). Discover historical park with: Sultan Sanjar Mausoleum, Mohammed bin Said Mausoleum, medieval castles – “Kesk” fortresses (6-7 centuries) and others. Return to Mary. Visit the History museum of Merv region.

19:20 evening flight to Ashgabat

20:00 arrival in Ashgabat

Transfer to hotel. Check in to the hotel and overnight.

Day 7

Ashgabat

Breakfast.

Start city tour with visits to Ertogrul Gazy Mosque, Independence Park with Monument of Independence (it's a 118m column that consider the highest building in the country), Neutrality Arch - an unique composition that rotates slowly after the sun. Visiting National Museum, where you can see more than 166 unique exposition from Ancient Merv and Nissa.

A trip to ancient Nissa (18km from Ashgabad) that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the ruins of the ancient city (the date of foundation of the I millennium BC - I millennium BC). Return back to Ashgabad. Visit en-route Turkmenbashi Mosque-Mausoleum. It's considered the biggest in Central Asia (10 thousands of people). There're beautiful garden and fountains near the mosque.
